Palak paneer bhujia recipe

Palak paneer bhujia is primarily a north Indian delicacy, which goes well with lot of food items like rice, puri, roti and naan. This food item could be taken with snacks or during meals or breakfast.

Ingredients for palak paneer bhujia recipe:

  1. 200 gms paneer
  2. 1 kg spinach
  3. 2-4 flakes chopped garlic
  4. 1 small ginger piece
  5. 3 tomatoes
  6. 2 chopped green chillis
  7. 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
  10. 5 tsp oil
  11. salt to taste

Method of preparation for palak paneer bhujia recipe:

Wash spinach and cut it to small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli garlic and ginger to it. Fry it till it turns light brown. Add spinach to it and cook for few minutes. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt to it. Add tomato pieces and cook it till it becomes dry. Now add paneer pieces with amchoor. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Palak paneer bhujia is ready. Palak paneer bhujia goes well with roti, naan or puris.
